HG Infra Makes Strategic Leap into Power Transmission

HG Infra Engineering Ltd. has secured a Letter of Intent (LoI) from REC Power Development and Consultancy Ltd. to build power transmission infrastructure in Uttar Pradesh. Won through a competitive bidding process, the project involves constructing two 220/132/33 kV air-insulated switchgear (AIS) substations—one in Ranipur (Mau) and another in Chunar (Mirzapur)—along with their associated transmission lines. This marks HG Infra's strategic expansion beyond roads and into the power transmission sector.
